Autumn is here in all its glory! .. Time now for us to prepare our bodies for the winter months, which, of course, means being sure to have a pack of Echinacea tablets ready in our bag, in our briefcase .. so that, if we are near someone who has the sniffles or if we think, even for one second, that we might be getting a cold or a sore throat or a cough, we can quickly pop an Echinacea tablet in our mouths and swallow, to allow Modere’s wonderful Echinacea to get to work.

The tiny Modere Echinacea tablets are just the job .. no colds please! .. so, as we turn our heating on let’s keep healthy this winter.

Also, Mineral Classic. As you know, I mention this  often, I am absolutely devoted to taking my minerals each morning (15ml = 3 teaspoons of Mineral Classic each morning) to keep my immune system up to scratch.

So, Mineral Classic and, as winter approaches, with Echinacea tablets at the ready.

Plus in the bathroom or in the kitchen, by the bath, by the washbasin or by the sink use the Modere Hand Wash. This gentle hand wash is without Sodium Lauryl  Sulphate and is great for cleaning the hands. When using it, it feels like a mini-massage for the fingers and hands .. efficiently cleaning and very gentle. Taking care of our hands. A delight to use, especially for cold fingers!
