Are you eating with respect for your body?

It seems that there are startling reports in the news each day ..

The News report on Thursday said some people are shortening their lives by eating only protein for months or even longer. Saturday’s report said the number of people with Type 2 Diabetes has increased with it reaching alarming proportions for the young.
