SHAKE WELL BEFORE EACH USE. Take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) twice daily. We suggest that if you wish to use both Trim and Pure each day you can reduce your Pure usage to a single daily 15ml serving.

SHAKE WELL BEFORE EACH USE. Take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) directly by mouth daily, preferably in the morning.
