Minerals allow the body to work properly and stay healthy. As the body is unable to make minerals we have to be certain all the minerals our body needs each day are in the food we eat.
How many minerals? Which minerals? .. when .. in what balance? The questions and the answers needed to understand the body's needs with regard to this subject, are many. Then the where to buy? How to store, when to take?
Some minerals, known as macro-minerals, such as calcium, magnesium and potassium are required in larger amounts. Other minerals, known as micro-minerals or trace elements, such as chromium, copper, iron, manganese and zinc, are only required in small or tiny amounts.

Organising which minerals to take seems complicated, yet does it need to be? I do not think so! I'm SueB, I take, and have taken for years, Modere's Mineral Classic each morning.
